Pre-Cairns Congress retreat with Allen Schoen

Dear Friends and colleagues,

I hope you are all well and blossoming.

I just wanted to share with you an invitation to the Mind/Body Medicine retreat that I am offering as a pre-conference for the IVAS annual congress in Cairns, Australia on the great barrier reef this August.

Besides being the keynote speaker, I will be offering this retreat prior to the conference. It is a culmination of numerous retreats and workshops like this that I have taught over the past fifteen years at conferences such as the AVMA, The Canadian Veterinary Medical Associations, New Zealand Veterinary Association as well as many others.  It is also open to your partners and staff.

If you feel so guided, I so look forward to seeing you there and creating a retreat that will be focused specifically on the individual participants to assist you in improving your practice and your life.

If you know of anyone else who might be interested, please feel free to share this with them.

Best wishes from a kindred spirit,

Allen M. Schoen, DVM, MS, PhD (hon.)

Allen Schoen Retreat

The practice of Veterinary Medicine offers a unique and extremely rewarding professional life. It also offers many challenges that can create stress and impact on ones mental, physical and emotional health. Mind Body Medicine (MBM) is an essential approach to dealing with the stress of being a health care professional in this time. It is being integrated into conventional human medicine in numerous hospitals and medical centers. It is beneficial for veterinarians to now integrate mind body medicine into their veterinary practices in order to be of benefit to their practice, themselves, their family, staff, clients and patients.  Click here to read more
