Recipe for "Stamina Balls" to keep you going at work...plus a "Stress Busting" tonic if it all gets too much!

These two recipes comes from Dr Barbara Fougere in her recent fabulous webinar 'Building Resilience - Connecting with the Heart of the Practice'. Stamina Balls

 

·         1 cup nut butter/ ghee/ sesame paste/ coconut oil etc

·         ½ cup honey/ maple syrup

·         75 g powdered herb - eg Astragalus, Cinnamon,  Milk thistle,  Siberian ginseng

·         75g cocoa powder

Process all ingredients and shape into balls - roll in your choice of coconut, ground nuts or seeds, almond meal etc to coat.

Eat and enjoy!

 

Stress Buster Tonic

·         Zizyphus                             40 ml to reduce anxiety

·         Withania                            60 ml to sedate and reduce stress

·         Oat seed                            30 ml to tonify nervous system

·         American Ginseng           40 for Adrenal support

·         Licorice                              30 ml to tonify the adrenals

Dosage: 7.5 mls BID in a little water
